HUGGING/FLIRTING: Yes. He'll most likely flirt back.
KISSING: Absolutely.
TELEPATHY: Cash is a Veilist, which means he can walk in other peoples' dreams. This means his mind is a little keener than most. So your character is free to read his thoughts, but he might know they're there.
PHYSICAL VIOLENCE: This fella can take care of himself, so I'm fine with a little rough-and-tumble. He even self-repairs. Please see his info for more on that.

SHIPPING: ~~Yes.~~ Cash is extremely personable and gets along with most people. He tends to gel best with: fun-loving types, stoic types who would like a talkative partner, characters who would like to have affection lavished on them (or just wouldn't be opposed to it; he's a warm person), and other action-oriented characters. He rarely gets along with characters who are dicks for the sake of being dicks, though.

first impressions.
Visual: Cash is 6'2" with bright blue eyes, his dark brown hair either partially slicked back or shaggy and loose. He's well-muscled, lean, and fit, his olive skin lacking any distinctive marks like tattoos or scars since his magic heals them. There's a permanent collection of stubble on his face which certainly isn't due to laziness — Cash is fastidious and neat in all other areas of grooming. In terms of clothing, Cash is an all or almost nothing kind of guy. When he can get away with not wearing a shirt, he will. In all other situations, he dresses nicely and stylishly, often in three-piece suits (with the collar open). A gun is usually not far from his person, either hidden under his coat or carried openly, depending.
Aural: He has a low, nice voice with a neutral American accent. And he's pretty good at singing, but doesn't like doing it in front of other people. When he's extremely relaxed or stressed — and never in-between — Cash's old Virginian drawl starts slipping in.
Olfactory: A pleasant, perhaps slightly floral aftershave, with a clean scent underneath.
Demeanor: In most situations, Cash can be found with a drink in his hand and a pleasant smile on his face. Even in tense situations, it's rare that anything visually rankles him. And if something does offend him, he's just likely to go full troll — all smiles — instead of actually expressing his anger.
Texting: Impeccably, always capitalizing.
